The thick silicone ring sits inside the mouth and holds the jaw in a fixed open position. The black silicone strap wraps around the head and secures with a locking steel buckle accented with complementary steel rings. Strap adjusts from 16.5" to 24" for universal fit. Nickel-free steel, phthalate-free silicone construction.
